Are you a patient and dedicated individual looking to use your skills to support children with additional needs?

A friendly primary school in Rotherham is looking for a compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their nurturing team. They require someone with a strong background in supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, ideally with a background in psychology or similar.

You will play a vital role in helping children feel safe and understood, using positive strategies to guide them towards better engagement with their learning. This is a fantastic chance to become a valued member of a school community and make a lasting difference.

We Are Looking For Someone With:

A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 3 TA, Psychology degree).

Hands-on experience supporting children with SEN, particularly with behavioural challenges.

A good understanding of how to support pupils with ASD and SEMH needs.

A calm, warm, and resilient personality.

A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for one).
