Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a rewarding temporary role in Rotherham?

Academics is a trusted Education Agency seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support primary schools across Rotherham. This temporary role working across Monday to Friday (8:30AM - 3:30PM), offering a competitive daily rate of £100-£145 (inclusive of holiday pay), dependent on experience.

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
• Cover and lead primary lessons
• Lead small group interventions and classroom activities
• Assist with pupil progress and attainment
• Provide cover across varied primary year groups
• Uphold strong behaviour management and safeguarding standards

• HLTA qualification (Level 4 CACHE) or relevant degree (BA Hons / MA in Education)
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
