• Holds QTS (or equivalent) with proven experience teaching Drama at KS3 and KS4.
• Can plan practical and theoretical lessons that challenge high-attainers while supporting those who lack confidence.
• Uses assessment data to track progress in both performance and written work.
• Works collaboratively within a performing arts department and with parents/carers.
• Has a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
