KS1 Teacher – Primary School

Location: Rotherham
Contract Type: Full-Time
Start Date: September 2026

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and committed KS1 Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive primary school in Rotherham.

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning within Key Stage 1. We are looking for someone who can motivate and engage pupils, helping every child to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the KS1 curriculum
  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and the wider community
  • Monitor, assess, and support pupil progress effectively
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
  • Promote high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and wellbeing
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has experience teaching within KS1 (ECTs are welcome to apply)
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
  • Is passionate about providing high-quality education for all children
  • Has strong communication and organisational skills
  • Works effectively as part of a team
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
