Heather Garth Primary Academy in Rotherham is seeking a caring SEND Teaching Assistant to support neurodiverse pupils. This is a temporary position starting September 2026, with hours of 30 per week during term time.
The role involves providing 1:1 support and promoting independence, wellbeing, and inclusion among children with additional needs. Training in Positive Handling is desirable. A supportive school community, professional development opportunities, and a commitment to staff wellbeing are offered.
