F. Actual salary is on a 4-point scale between £25,983.77 and £27,287.43 (FTE £30,515 to £32,046). Contractual hours: 37 hours per week, full‑time, 187 days per year during term time.

Responsibilities
:
Overall academic progress, attendance, personal development, welfare, and successful progression to university or employment. Monitor attendance and progress, provide guidance and support, deliver group tutorials and individual mentoring.

Term time, 187 days per year, 37 hours per week.
