Wingfield Academy, part of New Collaborative Learning Trust, invites applications for a Learning Support Assistant in the inclusion department. The role focuses on supporting students across year groups who face barriers to learning and acting as a lead worker for a cohort of pupils.
The successful candidate will coordinate planning, review the impact of provision with parents and carers, and must be flexible to meet the demands of a busy school day.
