As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school:

• Deliver PPA cover during teachers’ planning, preparation, and assessment time
• Lead lessons across the primary age range using pre‑prepared materials
• Support classroom learning and help engage pupils in their activities
• Work closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience for all pupils
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and personal development
• Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to safeguarding

• Fully funded CPD courses to support your development
• A dedicated consultant with expert sector knowledge
• £300 registration bonus (after 30 days if joining from another agency)
• DBS paid for once you complete 10 days of work with CER
