We are looking for resilient, empathetic Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs across our partner schools in Rotherham.

This is more than just classroom support. You'll be helping children regulate their emotions, re-engage with learning, and build the confidence they need to succeed. If you have SEN or youth-work experience and want a role with real impact, we want to hear from you.
