Reeson Education are recruiting a skilled Pastoral Support professional to work in a supportive and inclusive school environment in Rotherham (S66) starting from September 2026. This role is ideal for an experienced education or pastoral professional who can build positive relationships with pupils, families, and staff while supporting students' personal, social, and emotional development.

About the Pastoral Support Role:

As a Pastoral Support professional, you will work closely with students who require additional emotional, behavioural, or pastoral guidance. You will play a key role in promoting positive wellbeing, improving engagement, and creating a safe and supportive learning environment where every student can succeed.
