Make an Impact

As a Curriculum Performance Lead, you will lead a team of lecturers, assessors and technicians, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and assessment across Engineering and Electrical provision. You'll drive curriculum improvement, monitor performance, support staff development, and work closely with employers to create meaningful opportunities for learners.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates with:

• Experience delivering high-quality teaching within Engineering or Electrical disciplines.
• Experience leading or coordinating courses, programmes or curriculum areas.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, performance monitoring and curriculum planning.
• A recognised teaching qualification and relevant industry qualifications.
• A passion for developing staff, supporting learners and driving continuous improvement.
