Join our Student Support team as a Learning Support Assistant and contribute to helping students with learning difficulties and disabilities achieve their goals.

• Guide students through literacy, numeracy, and personal care to unlock their full potential.
• Partner directly with curriculum staff to plan, prepare, and review tailored learning paths.
• Help students build coping strategies and navigate challenging moments with confidence.
• Track, review, and celebrate student milestones as they meet personal outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Digital Learning Manager, Quality Team, and SEND Leads to ensure inclusive digital learning.

• Classroom experience supporting students within an educational setting.
• Understanding or experience with SEND, ALS, and EHCP frameworks.
• GCSE Grade A*–C (9–4) in English and Maths, or willingness to work towards them.
• Comfortable with daily use of Microsoft and Google productivity packages.
• High reliability, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to changing classroom needs.
