Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential? Teacher Active is looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a variety of primary, secondary, and SEND schools.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. Working closely with teachers, you'll help create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

• Support pupils with their learning on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
• Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons.
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and personal development.
• Support children with additional learning needs where required.
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

• A positive, patient, and caring attitude.
• Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not always essential).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for education and making a difference.
