What you’ll be doing- Deliver engaging lessons across Levels 1-3
- Teach and assess on study programmes, adult courses, and apprenticeships
- Lead practical and classroom-based sessions
- Create effective learning resources
- Track learner progress and set clear SMART targets
- Work collaboratively with teaching teams and support staff
- Ensure high-quality teaching and assessment standards
- Level 3 or higher qualification in Electrical Installations
- A teaching qualification and/ or Assessors Award or willingness to work towards one
- GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at Level 2 (or willingness to gain)
- Motivated, supportive, team-focused approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Teachers' Pensions Scheme eligibility
