Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

A permanent Level 3 Early Years Practitioner post at Coleridge Primary, an academy in the Central Learning Partnership Trust, working with nursery-aged pupils. The work centres on delivering high-quality interactions and age-appropriate interventions in the Early Years Foundation Stage, alongside taking part in the wider life of the school. The role is 32.5 hours a week, term-time only, in a one-form-entry primary rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

An eligible early years Level 3 qualification is needed, and visa sponsorship is not available.

• Support nursery-aged pupils in the Early Years
• Deliver high-quality interactions with children
• Deliver age-appropriate interventions in the Early Years
• Act as a positive role model for pupils
• Work as an effective team player and take part in the life of the school

• Eligible early years Level 3 qualification from the government's list
• Passes in English and maths or equivalent

• Committed, adaptable and caring approach to supporting pupils
• Passion for high-quality support and an inspirational approach to learning
• Creativity, resilience and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to deliver high-quality, age-appropriate interventions in the Early Years
• Willingness to be fully involved in the life of the school

• Enhanced DBS certificate with Barred List check
