Job Role:
Quality Engineer
Location:
Rotherham
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Metalis are currently working with a well established manufacturer in Rotherham, who are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities- Assist with third party audits and assessments
- Contribute and support site improvement activities
- Monitor and analyse quality performance data
- Support quality aspects relating to the submission of FAIRS, ISIR reports
- Lead problem solving activities using 8D s, 5 why s, FMEA s, DMAIC etc.
- Coordination of document control
- Work closely with colleagues within the SHEQ department
- Use quality management systems
- Engineering Degree (preferred)
- Experience of Quality Systems (AS9100/ISO
9000/ISO
14001) - Auditor qualification and experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of lean principles
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm & Friday, 8:30am - 3pm
