This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven Area Sales Manager to join a newly established business with significant growth plans and the ambition to become a market leader in its specialist product category.
Based from a modern manufacturing facility in Rotherham, this hybrid role offers the chance to shape the company's commercial success from the ground up while developing your own career within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
The RoleAs Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the UK by developing relationships with:
- Concrete frame contractors
- Groundworks contractors
- Tier 1 contractors
- Civil engineering contractors
- Distribution partners
You will identify project opportunities, convert enquiries into orders, and work closely with customers to provide commercial and technical support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities across the UK construction market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts
- Track and manage live project opportunities
- Attend customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Support quotation preparation and project pricing
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
- Provide monthly forecasts and market intelligence

The Ideal Candidate- Experience in construction product sales, technical sales, or business development
- Knowledge of reinforced concrete, civil engineering, or construction accessories
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive and self‑motivated approach
- Strong commercial awareness
- Full UK driving licence
- Selling to contractors, distributors, or structural engineers
- Specification sales experience
- Existing industry contacts
- Knowledge of reinforcement or concrete accessory products
- Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
- Performance‑related bonus
