Structures Lead Surveyor

Role

We are expanding our Infrastructure team and are recruiting a Lead Structures Surveyor. This role involves leading and delivering a range of highway infrastructure inspection and survey activities, including:

• Structural investigations

• Work both independently and as part of a wider team of surveyors and inspectors.
• Support a broad portfolio of infrastructure clients—including Highway Operators, Major Contractors and Structural Engineers—to meet their operational and contractual responsibilities across the UK.
• Act as a team leader/supervisor, ensuring high-quality delivery within a UKAS‑accredited environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Concrete inspection and testing
• Building investigations
• Working independently, supervising others and upholding UKAS‑accredited standards.

Training will be provided to broaden your capabilities and support cross‑disciplinary survey work where required.
