FP&A Manager

Sharp Consultancy are working with an innovative tech-based organisation in Rotherham that is entering an exciting period of growth. As part of this, they’re looking to appoint an FP&A Manager.

This is a key role within the finance team where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, provide commercial insight and help shape strategic decision-making across the business.

This opportunity offers the chance to improve processes, collaborate across multiple teams and develop financial models.

• Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across departments
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities affecting profitability
• Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, producing variance analysis to explain movements in revenue, costs and margins
• Provide financial guidance for new projects, investments and cost-saving initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics and identify operational efficiencies
• Present financial results clearly to senior leadership team and stakeholders
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial planning and reporting data
• Driving improvements in FP&A processes, reporting capabilities and financial systems

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commercially minded with experience of interpreting data
• Experience of PowerBI (preferred)
• Experience of working collaboratively with finance and non-finance teams

• £60,000 - £70,000
• Hybrid opportunities
