Client Onboarding Executive Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits
Hours:
Full time – Monday to Friday – 09.00 - 17.30 - Hybrid after initial training
Location:
Manchester – M3 We are seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Executive to join our client to support the smooth and compliant onboarding of clients. Just a short walk from the train station, this is a fabulous opportunity to work for a growing company within the professional services industry. As an experienced Client Onboarding Executive, you will be highly organised and detail focused to maintain a clear audit trail throughout the onboarding process.
Duties:
Manage the end-to-end client onboarding and account setup process. Conduct AML, KYC, sanctions, PEP, adverse media and compliance checks Verify client documentation and due diligence evidence Coordinate with clients and internal client leads to obtain outstanding onboarding information Maintain accurate client records, compliance databases, trackers and audit trails Liaise with various colleagues and teams to support a smooth and consistent onboarding experience.
Monitor and track onboarding progress from start to finish, following up outstanding actions and keeping relevant stakeholders informed. Assist with client risk assessments, annual reviews and monitoring alerts. Support compliance, regulatory and audit requirements in collaboration with the Compliance Manager. Key
Skills Required:
Previous experience in client onboarding, compliance administration, AML/KYC, client setup ideally within professional services, financial services, legal, accountancy, tax or another regulated environment. A good understanding of client due diligence processes, including client and beneficial owner identification, verification of identity information, risk assessment and ongoing monitoring. Strong attention to detail Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines and follow-ups.
Confident written and verbal communication skills with high levels of discretion and confidentiality when handling client, personal and commercially sensitive information. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate records. Professional, approachable and confident dealing with clients and colleagues.
