Are you a compassionate and engaging clinical leader ready to make a real difference in reproductive healthcare? MSI Reproductive Choices UK is seeking a Clinical Services Matron to lead our Clinical Hub within the Contact Centre. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient, safe, and client-centred support for individuals seeking reproductive health services.

• Lead and inspire a team of Clinical Practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of care and client experience.
• Drive continuous improvement, championing excellence in clinical practice and service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to align clinical priorities with organisational goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CQC, DOH, RSOP) and deliver on key performance indicators.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, learning, and innovation within a supportive, hybrid working environment.
