Hours:
Full time, 37.5 hours per week with core hours 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday shift per month.
Salary: £46,434.55 - £51,078.01 (depending on experience and skills).

- Lead the way in clinical excellence and shape the future of care delivery.
- Report directly to the Regional General Manager, championing safety, sustainability, and client satisfaction to ensure services run smoothly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Operational and Clinical departments to deliver results that matter.
- Travel during training to support integration and coordination across sites.
- Lead by example, inspire, elevate, and empower your team to surpass expectations.
- Seasoned leader with a valid Nursing and Midwifery PIN.
