Community Carer

We are looking for part‑time casual staff to be part of our initial growth team in South Yorkshire.

All shifts are between 07:00 hrs and 22:30 hrs (last call 22:00 hrs) and will be scheduled as required.

We are looking for the very best of carers to cover the South Yards district. Qualification or experience is not essential – we will train if you genuinely care about other people.

You will need an exceptional sense of humour and great patience to work with our office team.

• Training in over 300 different qualifications, including NVQ Level 5 for those who wish to manage.

• Travel time paid at National Minimum Wage plus fuel allowance.

• We do not offer sponsorship (or switch) of overseas applicants.
• We believe in continuity of care and keep carers in set areas as much as possible with minimal travel.

We are looking for drivers only at this time. Drivers will need access to a vehicle, which must be insured, taxed, and tested. The vehicle may be unconventional, but it must safely transport staff from point A to point

B.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Support the development and implementation of personalised care plans.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well‑being.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and their families regarding care needs.
• Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
