CONNECT HEALTHCARE ROTHERHAM CIC seeks a registered pharmacist to join our primary care team. You will contribute to safe, effective medicines optimisation within GP practices and work with clinicians to improve patient care.
The post requires MPharm and GPhC registration, with independent prescribing or progression toward it as highly desirable. You will need excellent communication, and the ability to deliver clear information to patients and colleagues.
