Marie Curie is recruiting Clinical Nurse Specialists for the new Rotherham Identification and Support Service. You will identify patients who may benefit from earlier palliative care and connect them with hospice and community services.
You will manage your own caseload, develop the service, and travel within the region, with a contract fixed at AFC 6 pay scale in the UK. This role is based at Woodside Community Hospital, Rotherham.
