Cygnet, at Dene Brook in Rotherham, is hiring a confident Care & Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism and behaviours that may challenge. The role is part-time, 24 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts across two days.
You’ll provide enhanced care, support independence, assist with medical and welfare needs, and help service users access the community. Training and ongoing professional development are offered, alongside employee benefits and wellbeing
