We are supporting an recruitment provider who is looking for caring, reliable Care Home Support Workers to join their team in Rotherham and the surrounding area. You'll support care home residents with their daily care needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing — making a real difference to people's lives every day.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personal care and mobility support
- Assisting with meals and daily activities
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Following individual care plans and safety procedures
- A caring, respectful, and patient attitude
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- At least 1 year of care experience (required)
- Up to £14.79 per hour, including holiday pay
- Flexible shifts to suit your schedule
- A supportive team environment with ongoing training
- Opportunities to grow within a well-established care provider
- Experience:
Care - minimum of 1 year (required) - Work authorisation:
United Kingdom (required) - Certification: relevant certified training; up-to-date DBS Certificate
