1st & 2nd Line Support, Networking and managment

Work includes:- Infrastructure support and management with O365, Entra , Active Directory, Intune
- Networking Routers and connected devices
- Management of 3rd party suppliers
- Azure Dev Ops (gain AZ 900 and upwards)
- Applications Support (Gain skills with SQL and more)
- Leadership of Junior
- Strong skills with O365, Entra
- Mid level Networking skills with Routers (e.g CISCO), worked with TCP/IP services etc
- Experience with Active Directory (does not need to be current)
- Confidence to manage 3rd parties (e.g outsource support services)
