1st & 2nd Line Support, Networking and management

* 1st & 2nd line desktop support
* Infrastructure support and management with O365, Entra , Active Directory, Intune

* Management of 3rd party suppliers

Skills and experience required:
* Strong skills with O365, Entra
* Mid level Networking skills with Routers (e.g CISCO), worked with TCP/IP services etc
* Experience with Active Directory is beneficial but not essential
* Confidence to manage 3rd parties (e.g outsource support services)
* Customer Support friendly
