Buyer – Rotherham - £38,000 - £40,000 Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering exclusively with an established specialist construction business that is looking to recruit a Buyer to join their team. In this newly created key role, you'll own procurement across various construction projects, keeping every site supplied on time, in full and on budget. The Role Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms Reviewing supplier contracts, conducting site audits and building long-term relationships Approving purchase orders and confirming delivery of goods and services Planning materials and hire equipment ahead of contract programmes, including on and off hires Controlling the procurement budget and driving long-term cost savings Assessing risk on potential contracts and preparing procurement reports Working closely with project teams, clients and stakeholders, and supporting colleagues within the procurement team
