* About the Role:

** To repair the full range of PC’s and ATM modules found in our ATM estate.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Repair and refurbish ATM modules
* Diagnose faults using test equipment and software
* Ensure all repairs meet strict quality control standards
* Maintain and repair test ATMs
* Recover reusable components from faulty or decommissioned units
* Manage shipping, tracking, and system updates for parts requests
* Support the management of Field Operations stock areas
* Load and unload parts and equipment deliveries
* Complete all required administrative tasks on time
* Work closely with the Technical Support team and follow their repair guidance
* Implement product upgrades and enhancements as required
* Contribute to continuous improvement of repair processes to extend part lifespan and performance

* Key Requirements:

*** PC / Microsoft Office basic skills. Understanding of BIOS configuration. Understanding of Windows operating systems
* Electro-mechanical skills
* Ability to follow technical information and procedures correctly
* Previous electrical repair / soldering experience is a plus
* Prior knowledge of NCR, Wincor, and Triton ATM types would be useful but not essential
* Attention to detail
* Potential to lift heavy equipment as and when required
* ** Full training will be provided
**** Shift Pattern:
*** 08:00 – 17:00 Monday-Friday.
* Overtime may be required depending on the needs of the business.
