Salary: Up to £25,456 per annum + benefits.

About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for an to join a busy and professional Estates team at a leading FE College in Rotherham. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the college environment is safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained for students, staff, and visitors. This is a varied, hands‑on position that requires excellent teamwork, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering high standards across the campus.

About You

• Have experience in a facilities, estates, maintenance, caretaker, site assistant, or similar role.
• Possess practical maintenance and DIY skills.
• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
