Registered Manager - Learning Disability & Autism Service

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year + bonus structure Hours:

Full‑time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a small residential home supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care in a warm, supportive environment.

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, supporting staff development, and maintaining a safe, positive home for residents.

• Oversee the daily running of a small residential service

• Lead, support and develop a dedicated care team

• Ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance

• Manage staffing, rotas, training and supervision

• Build strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals

• Maintain accurate records, care plans and audits

• Promote a positive, empowering environment for residents

• Holds, or currently working towards, Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management (essential)

• Previous experience managing or supervising within a Learning Disability/Autism setting

• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

• Passionate about delivering person‑centred care
