• Permanent, full time, 37 hours per week.
• We are looking for a Team Leader to lead our IPS team within the Employment Solutions Service at RMBC.
• The postholder will have responsibility for direct line management of a team of Employment Specialists delivering the Individual Placement Support (IPS) programme through RMBC, in conjunction with Rotherham Alcohol and Drugs Service (ROADS).
• The programme is in place to support people in structured recovery from substance misuse into meaningful, sustainable employment. As well as managing the day-to-day operations of the project and ensuring KPIs are met, the post holder will be responsible for a small caseload of clients.
