Permanent, part time, 18.5 hours per week.

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable part time HR Consultant – Strategic Programmes to support the delivery of key HR projects that drive organisational improvement and transformation.

In the role you will provide expert advice on HR policies and employment law, manage programme activity, and collaborate with stakeholders, managers, and trade unions to ensure compliance and best practice.

Your analytical skills will be key in interpreting data and producing actionable insights, while your creativity will help shape learning and development initiatives aligned to strategic goals.

We’re looking for a HR Advisor with experience in operational HR, policy interpretation, and service development. If you’re passionate about making a difference and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is the role for you.
