We are looking for a Senior HR Assistant to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic HR programmes across the organisation.
Working closely with the HR Project Support Officer you will;
- Act as a key point of contact for enquiries, providing advice and guidance to managers, employees and external stakeholders.
- Support a range of HR initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR systems and records.
- Contribute to projects that improve services for employees across the organisation.
We are looking for someone;
- Who can demonstrate strong administrative and data management skills
- Has excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Is a confident user of Microsoft 365 applications and a range of IT systems
- Has the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing demands.
