Minimum 5 years of experience in project delivery or managing programs within financial services or pensions Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a structured change governance framework Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences from senior executives to project teams Strong organizational and planning skills with a results-driven attitude Recognized project management qualification such as Prince2 Demonstrated competency in working to deadlines and managing project risks Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience managing project delivery in regulated environments Expertise in coordinating multi-stakeholder efforts, including internal teams and external partners up to c-suite level Understanding of defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pensions Preferred

Education & Experience:

Relevant degree or professional certification in project management At least 5 years of direct project management experience, ideally within financial or pension sectors
