Assistant Service Supervisor

This role offers a structured three-year Training and Development Programme
, designed to provide the technical knowledge, practical experience, and leadership skills required to progress into a fully competent Service Supervisor
.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on-site, travelling across the UK, building customer relationships, and developing their technical and supervisory capabilities.

As an Assistant Service Supervisor, you will support Service Supervisors, Site Managers and Project Managers with:

• Monitoring and supporting subcontracted tank installation activities.
• Assisting with site supervision and project reporting.
• Conducting site surveys and audits.
• Supporting technical investigations where required.
• Building strong relationships with customers and subcontract installation teams.
• Monitoring quality, safety, and project performance.
• Attending site meetings and pre-start surveys.
