Print Finishing Operative

We’re looking for a Print Finishing Operative to join our busy Production Team at B&B Press. If you take pride in neat, accurate finishing and enjoy working with your hands, this could be the perfect fit.

• Hours:40 hours per week
• Rate:£12.21 per hour
• Salary:£25,396 per year
• Location:Rotherham

You’ll support our finishing department in producing well-presented, ready-to-ship print for a wide range of customers. Accuracy, care and great teamwork are at the heart of this role.

• Benchwork including hand assembly and quality checking
• Making up folders and presentation packs
• Folding, inserting and preparing print for mailing
• Punching and wiro binding with accuracy and consistency
• Packing and boxing work ready for delivery
• Shrink-wrapping and mail wrapping to B&B’s high standards
• Operating finishing equipment –
  experience with Horizon machinery is an advantage
  , though full training can be provided
• Working closely with colleagues across production to keep everything flowing smoothly
