We’re looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our production roles:

• Guillotine Operator
• Folding Machine Operator
• Dispatch Operator

As a Guillotine Operator or Folding Machine Operator
, you’ll use your technical expertise to produce high-quality printed materials, from perfectly stitched books to large-format posters, ensuring precision and excellence every time.

As a Dispatch Operator
, you’ll be the final link in our production chain, checking, packing, and preparing products for delivery with the highest attention to detail. You’ll coordinate with production teams to ensure goods leave the factory efficiently and on schedule.

• Salary starting from and depends on your role and shift pattern and experience.
  • 24/7 Continental (DuPont) shifts pay between £12.60 & £22.20 per hour (approx. £28,088 - £49,489 per year) for 12:15 hour day and night shifts across a 4-week cycle, averaging 42.87 hours per week, with 7 consecutive days off during the cycle.
  • 24/5 shifts pay between £12.60 & £23.00 per hour (approx. £27,190 - £49,634 per year) for 8:15 hour day and night shifts over 20 shifts in 4 weeks, averaging 41.5 hours per week, with two consecutive days off each weekend.
• Weekly pay with overtime opportunities at time and a third (1.33%)
• Permanent and temporary contracts available

• Rotating 12.15-hour day and night shifts
• 4-week repeating cycle averaging 42.87 hours per week
• Includes a 7-day rest period every 4 weeks

Example rotation:

• Week 1: 4 night shifts, 3 days off
• Week 2: 3 day shifts, 1 day off, 3 night shifts
• Week 3: 3 days off, 4 day shifts
• Week 4: 7 days off

• Rotating 8.5-hour day and night shifts, Sunday to Friday
• Average 41.5 hours per week
• Two consecutive days off each weekend
• Shift times:
  • Nights: 22:00 – 06:15 (Sun–Thu)
  • Mornings: 06:00 – 14:15 (Mon–Fri)
  • Afternoons: 14:00 – 22:15 (Mon–Fri)

• Ability to work independently in a busy, physical environment
• A strong team player with good communication skills
• Flexibility to support the team during busy periods
• Basic to good PC skills
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
• Willingness to work either 8-hour or 12-hour shifts depending on role

Bluetree's combined office, production, and training facilities are in Wath Upon Dearne, which is close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster.
