Production Operative

Day Shift: 4 on 4 off – 05:30am to 17:30pm

Pay Rate: £13.39 Per Hour

Our site in Kiveton employs over 500 and is the UK's largest quiche bakery, producing more than 42 million quiche each year along with a wide range of ready meals. At Greencore, we produce more than 160 million units per year across 600 different product lines for customers such as Morrisons, Tesco & Asda.

• Maintaining stock levels on line
• Working with raw food ingredients
• Working in a chilled environment
• Completing quality checks & paperwork
• Delivering the product within time, quantity and quality parameters
• Ensuring continuous operation of the line through support of all team members
• Complying with all standard operating procedures to ensure customer orders are produced safely, on time, and all aspects of hygiene, quality and cost are met
• Raising issues with Senior Production Operative, when identified
• Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practice
• Supporting our Food Safety culture

All of the roles involve working in a fast-paced, chilled environment in a company that puts people at the core. All the roles require a good understanding of both spoken & written English. You will also have strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Production experience is preferred.
