General Operatives

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:

We are looking for General Operatives for a long-term contract based with our client in Rotherham.

Immediate start available (Subject to interview process)

Rate of Pay is

Days - £12.65 per hour first 40 hours, £18.96 per hour After 40 hours.
Nights £16.82 per hour (First 40 hours), £18.96 per hour (After 40 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the manufacture and preparation of panels and components
Operating basic machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner
Handling materials and supporting production processes
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Supporting team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is desirable but not essential
Good practical skills and a strong work ethic
Ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take instruction
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
