General Operatives

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:

We are looking for General Operatives for a long-term contract based with our client in Rotherham.

Immediate start available (Subject to interview process)

Rate of Pay is

• Days - 12.65 per hour first 40 hours, 18.96 per hour After 40 hours.
• Nights 16.82 per hour (First 40 hours), 18.96 per hour (After 40 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the manufacture and preparation of panels and components
• Operating basic machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Handling materials and supporting production processes
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is desirable but not essential
• Good practical skills and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take instruction
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
