Monday-Thursday (Rotating Days & Nights)

Days: 6:00am - 4:00pm

Nights: 8:00pm - 6:00am

Pay Rate: £19.13 per hour

Stafforce are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established and expanding engineering and manufacturing business based in Rotherham to recruit a Weld Inspector to join their team.

• Carry out quality inspections and audits
• Monitor Health & Safety, Quality, and Productivity targets
• Support team leadership when required
Maintain production records and shift handovers
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold 5S standards
• Promote a strong safety‑first culture

• Experience in a welding & fabrication environment (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills
