Machine Operator
Biffa Group is seeking a Refinement Operator to monitor and operate the refinement area of the plant, ensuring a safe, clean and productive environment. You will collaborate with site colleagues to maximise safety, availability and efficiency.
The role includes 4 on 4 off shifts (5am-5pm and 11am-11pm) with overtime paid at 1.5x. You will be part of a close-knit team with a strong focus on reliability and quality.
