Biffa is hiring a Refinement Operator in the UK to join our site team. The role focuses on day-to-day operating and monitoring of the refinement area to maintain a safe, clean and productive environment.
The position offers Four on Four off shifts (5am-5pm and 11am-11pm) with overtime paid at 1.5x. Salary is £32,891.04 per annum, and you will liaise with colleagues across the site to maximise safety, availability and efficiency.
