Marketing Manager

Overview

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys building strategy but still wants to be close to the work. Someone who can lead a small team, shape direction, and get stuck into content and campaigns themselves. Our brand matters. Our marketing function is growing. We are looking for someone who can help us join the dots between great content, strong digital presence and commercial outcomes.

• You’ll lead and support a small in house team of Graphic Designers and Marketing Support colleagues
• You’ll remain hands on in content creation across digital, social, web and campaigns
• You’ll help shape and deliver marketing strategies that support growth across our specialist divisions
• You’ll own and improve our digital presence including website content, campaigns and lead generation activity
• You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial priorities
• You’ll ensure brand consistency across all channels while keeping things fresh and relevant

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role in a B2B environment
• Comfortable managing people while still rolling sleeves up and doing the work
• Strong content mindset with experience across digital marketing and campaigns
• Able to think strategically but confident executing day to day
• Commercially aware and able to link marketing activity to outcomes
• Clear communicator who can work across teams and influence without noise
