As part of Leger Shearings Group, the UK's largest escorted coach tour operator, we're entering an exciting new phase. We're building a brand-new website, refreshing how we showcase our holidays, and investing in how our brand comes to life through words.

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Brand Copywriter to help shape that future.

This isn't a role focused on day-to-day campaign copy. It's an opportunity to become the voice of Leger, owning major content projects, defining our tone of voice, and creating content that inspires customers to travel.

• Write and shape content for our new website.
• Reimagine holiday itineraries and bring destinations to life through compelling storytelling.
• Develop tone of voice guidance and messaging frameworks.
• Create copy toolkits for digital marketing channels.
• Use AI tools to scale content production while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Champion clear, engaging and customer-focused writing across the business.

You’ll be an experienced copywriter with a passion for creating content that informs, inspires and drives action.

You’ll have:

• Significant copywriting or content creation experience.
• Experience developing or evolving a brand's tone of voice.
• Strong website and digital content writing skills.
• Good understanding of SEO best practice.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Copilot.
• Excellent editing, proofreading and communication skills.
• The confidence to influence stakeholders and guide others on content best practice.
• Travel industry experience would be a bonus, but great writing talent is what matters most.

This is a full office role: collaboration in person is a core part of how we work and how we raise creative standards and speed.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values face-to-face interaction, creative energy, and the ability to bounce ideas around in real time. You’ll be joining an established team of three talented copywriters, and we’re looking for someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.
