As a Mental Health Nurse, you will:
Provide thoughtful, sensitive care and treatment to young people and their families. Advocate for patients by ensuring their voices are heard and included in care plans. Liaise with families to ensure seamless patient care and support. Work collaboratively as an associate/key-worker, participating in care planning and multidisciplinary decision-making. Maintain a welcoming, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for all.
