As a Kitchen Team Member or Kitchen Porter, you will play a pivotal role in our business success whilst developing the skills to enhance your career.

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Producing high‑quality dishes consistently to specification for guests.
• Ensuring the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offering suggestions and creative ideas that can improve kitchen performance.
• Working with the team to achieve company targets.

• Passion for hospitality.
• Willingness to learn new skills every day.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock‑taking, and food hygiene at Three Horse Shoes.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.
